TASTING NOTES: Brilliant pale gold. The compelling nose is suggestive of golden delicious apple with a floral tone. Supple attack leading into a round, likable palate bolstered by an effective liveliness that marks the finish. A flavorsome partner for a vegetable terrine.

TASTING NOTES: Light citrus notes playing into a pale bright color. The pallet is tart, with subtle floral notes. The sharp finish has brilliant mineral notes, which make for a charming accompaniment with seafood, and a flavor enhancer with sweet glazes.

TASTING NOTES: A light blush color is a great reflection of a perfectly balanced blend. Floral hints paired with red berries create a rounded, smooth finish. Great balance to ensure that it's a great pairing for a spring mix or pastries.

TASTING NOTES:  A great representation of a foodies rose. With a strong minerality, and a dry finish. It catches the finish with a superb berry note. A rich blush color and a crisp taste. The buttery taste of shellfish and wild salmon would only be enhanced by this traditional wine.
